Every piece is custom made to order by the glass blowing family artists here at OTG (OLD TOWN GLASS BLOWERS). When you place an order through us you are committing to the order and we make your order at that time, for this reason there are no refunds or exchanges due to the order was custom made according to your specifications unless the piece is somehow defective and signed off by our glass blowers. We work with every customer to make sure we dial in the specification on the order so there is no miscommunications.
